Large Multibrand Cosmetic store
This branch is a large store and some products are hard to find. If you want to buy something, you have to know the barcode because sometimes the product isn't displayed according to the price.
There is a good variety of products. But in the matter of employees Not very cute Trying the product I glanced over and saw an employee standing there looking at me with an unfriendly look. Normally, salespeople can look at customers. But you must look at it with friendliness. Like ready to serve But this looks like a mistake. It's like we're looking down on stealing things. The company must continue to train new employees. Because many customers who have been treated like this are dissatisfied.
I don't know if I'm thinking about it myself. But let's be honest. that we come to buy very often And I really like this branch. But I'm stuck alone. It's the service of the counter staff. What I've encountered is the look of contempt. It's like we don't have money. Or something, I don't know, and my speaking and verbs aren't as good as they should be. There are quite a lot of things at this branch. The only problem is that the service is quite poor because the eyes that look at the customers are like they're constantly watching and discriminating. Next time, I'll be more comfortable using the services of another branch.
Some products are of low quality. Even though it's a brand I normally buy many products here. It is not recommended to buy eyeliner here. Have it tested before leaving the store. I feel bad and will not come back to buy again.
